1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of MKSON WORLD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our services.
2. Services Provided
MKSON WORLD provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per-Click advertising (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, Email Marketing, Video Editing, and related consulting services. All services are subject to the specific terms agreed upon in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. MKSON WORLD accepts payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other agreed methods. Late payments may incur interest charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
All content created by MKSON WORLD on behalf of clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding fees. MKSON WORLD retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. The MKSON WORLD name, logo, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of MKSON WORLD.
5. Confidentiality
MKSON WORLD agrees to keep all client information, business data, and campaign details strictly confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of our working relationship.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, granting necessary access to accounts and platforms, approving content and campaigns in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding their business. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
MKSON WORLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion outcomes, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. MKSON WORLD will deliver all client-owned assets and data within 15 business days of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation.
10. Changes to Terms
MKSON WORLD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
