Refund Policy

At MKSON WORLD, we are committed to delivering excellent results. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us first — we will do everything we can to resolve the issue before a refund is considered.

1. General Refund Philosophy

MKSON WORLD provides professional digital marketing services that require significant time, expertise, and resources. While we are committed to client satisfaction, the nature of digital marketing services means that results are influenced by many external factors. We evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency.

2. Services Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: (1) Services not delivered within the agreed timeline without prior notification; (2) Deliverables that do not match the agreed specifications; (3) Duplicate payments or billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service delivery date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable: (1) Services already fully rendered and approved by the client; (2) Third-party costs such as advertising spend on Google, Meta, or other platforms; (3) Domain registration, hosting, or software licence fees; (4) Services cancelled after work has commenced beyond the 48-hour cancellation window; (5) Strategic consultation fees once the consultation has been conducted.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund: (1) Email us at hello@mksonworld.in with subject "Refund Request"; (2) Provide your invoice number, service details, and reason for the request; (3) Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days; (4) We will review and respond with a decision within 7 business days; (5) Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has commenced but not been completed, partial refunds may be offered based on the proportion of work remaining. The amount will be calculated in good faith based on hours invested and deliverables completed up to the point of cancellation.

6. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be submitted in writing with 30 days notice unless otherwise agreed. Payments already made for the current service period are non-refundable. Any third-party costs incurred before cancellation notice are the responsibility of the client.

7. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
